“We could tell our two daughters were enriched by their respective 2 week sessions in Oxford, the elder in Law and younger in Medicine as they were immersed in those programs and sharing their impressions through notes and call home. But the real proof is in the pudding ever since -- many months later, they continue to share more and more happy and positive reflections and insights they gained from the experience. The sense of independence and self-confidence they gained -- and the lasting friendships they formed -- are invaluable.”

“We did not know what to expect from this program, and the quality of research education, academic rigor, and mentorship were just amazing! Very easy access to teachers, and peers were equally dedicated. Highly recommend for any student wanting to expand their high school educational experience to the next level”

“OSA (Oxford scholastica academy) was probably the best camp that I have ever been to and I learned a lot of new, interesting facts about medicine which I decided to take interest in during the summer. And it was also very engaging, was easy to make friends and it was also very fun during the classes, activities and during the whole day, and so Oxford scholastica is a must visit camp.”

“I attended this academy for a summer school program and I will stand by my decision that it was one of the most eye-opening experiences that I have ever had. I have attended boarding school before so I wasn't expecting to feel overwhelmed by living on my own but to my surprise, a new city and meeting new people every day did take its toll on me. However, the amazing support that I received from the activity coordinators and all the other staff at this academy was truly something I hadn't expected. They made me feel welcome and made sure I came into the common room with a smile each day. The activities were designed to show us the sights and sounds of the historic town of Oxford and to open our experience to so many ways to advance ourselves. Me, being an avid Harry Potter fan, it truly felt like I was living in a dream while visiting places like the Bodleian Library. Furthermore, the classes were immediately my favorite. The content taught was advanced and challenging, allowing me to test my limits with a subject I enjoy. The tutors had achieved their dreams, inspiring me to keep working hard to achieve my own. Finally, an experience that I hold most dear is the friends I found. Even though the summer course lasted only 2 weeks, I met people who understood and appreciated me and I hope to keep this bond forever.”

“Attending Oxford Scholastica Academy was truly one of the best decisions I've ever made. The entire experience was incredibly rewarding and eye-opening. The academy managed to strike a perfect balance between academic challenges, cultural adventures, and fun activities, making every day exciting and enriching. The small class sizes and expert tutors not only helped me excel in my chosen subjects but also gave me a taste of what university-level education is like. The diverse range of Masterclasses and Challenges pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way, helping me build confidence and develop essential skills like critical thinking and collaboration. “I spent the best summer of my life at Oxford Scholastica Academy. I attended the residential “Experience Business and Enterprise” course, and I loved every moment of it. I met inspiring people from all over the world and made close friends. I talked to inspiring figures and role models in the field of my choice and learned from the best tutors. The small classes enabled us to dive deep into the topics, engage in interesting discussions, and solve various cases as a team. Not only did I learn about business and entrepreneurship, but also valuable soft skills. Oxford Scholastica Academy helped me discover more about the person I want to be and has encouraged me to pursue my dream career. I can strongly recommend this experience to everyone who wants to spend the summer of their life, meet awesome people from around the world, build friendships that will last a lifetime, and learn more about the career of their dreams.”

“I attended Oxford Scholastica Summer School 2024 on the "Experience Medicine" Course as well as a recent Medicine Internship, and I had such an amazing time! I would 100% recommend this to everyone, as you are guaranteed to learn a lot, about medicine, culture, and independence. Firstly, I learned a lot in my classes. The tutor was extremely kind and explained all the knowledge and concepts in a way where there was an engaging learning environment. I was able to do some hands on learning, stay engaged, learn a lot of specialized information about Medicine, and even experience how medical worker work in a class where we went to a real hospital with real patients! I also really enjoyed the self study tasks, they challenged me not only on my knowledge, but also on my creativity in finding creative solutions for certain problems. I was also able to improve myself as a learner, thanks to various workshops we had about people, learning, and debate. I also learned how to write a professional article in the internship, which gave me a lot of important skill to use later down the line. Secondly, the experience also taught me how to live independently, and bond with those around me. I had some time to roam around the city as well as bond with the other students in my house. This taught me to rely on myself with tasks such as buying certain things I may need and managing money, as well as socializing with new people. I was able to make a lot of friends from both the internship and summer school that I still have, and I learned to motivate and depend on myself for my studies and also for general day to day life. There was evening a party on a yacht where we all bonded and had fun together! These skills will help me with living alone or with a roommate in college later, and gives me a great idea of that experience. Lastly, I also got to learn a lot about the city of Oxford and the UK in general, due to the visits we made to various locations. As linked in the pictures below, I visited the city, and various different places such as Windsor Castle. I learned a lot about the history and culture of the city, which made me only love the city more. It also gave me a sense of open learning as every place we visited had so much to do and see, and we were able to check out whatever we were interested in. It was a great balance that was provided between studying and enjoying our course. Overall, this has been the been summer program I have ever had! I am 100% coming back the following year, and I am even bringing my friend along with me! If you are looking for an summer experience where you dive deep into a subject of your choice, learn about the college experience, and explore the unique city of Oxford as well as the special sights, then Oxford Scholastica is right for you!”
